Widespread stratus has moved in across PA within WNW flow. Cigs
are just above MVFR criteria through the Susq valley, MVFR
through the central mountains, and IFR through the Alleghenies.
Light snow continues across much of the area, lowering vsby to
IFR criteria from time to time at JST and BFD. These conditions
will prevail through sunrise. Winds will continue to gust up to
    30 kts.

It will still be windy into Tuesday with most snow showers
tapering off by around noon. Cig restrictions in stratus will
likely linger through much of the afternoon in the central
mountains and Alleghenies. Most of the snow showers will be at
BFD and JST. Some LLWS is expected Tue night with the approach
    of a warm front.
