    Expect generally scattered to broken high clouds and VFR
    conditions over the region through the TAF period with a scattered
    mid-level clouds through the northern and central mountains.
    Winds will be light southerly breezes through about 18Z before
    stronger southwesterly winds pick up through the afternoon.
    Strong, 55 to 70 kt, Low Level Wind Sheer will start affecting the
    higher elevation TAF sites, KASE and KTEX, by 00Z Thursday and
    may descend to affect most of the TAF sites along and south of the
    I-70 corridor after 00Z. Look for rain and high elevation snow
    showers to start moving into the northwestern mountains after 00Z.
