(EXTRACTED FROM FXUS63 KICT 161100)
(For the 12Z TAFS through 12Z Tuesday morning)
Issued at 553 AM CDT Mon Sep 16 2019
Primary aviation concerns: 1) LLWS; 2) Gusty winds
Increasing southerly winds aloft will continue to translate to the
surface over the next 24 hours, becoming gusty at times from late
morning through the evening hours (with the exception of SE KS).
With the stronger winds aloft, LLWS will be a concern early this
morning and again later this evening/tonight. SCT/BKN mid/upper
level clouds will continue to stream northeast across the area
through the entire 12z TAF cycle, but CIGs should remain at VFR.
Patchy ground fog cannot be ruled out early this morning and again
late tonight for any sheltered terminal/runway across SE KS.
