A weak surface frontal boundary across central Louisiana and upper
southeast Texas or roughly from KJAS to KAEX...will continue to
slide slowly to the south tonight. Ahead of the boundary, light
winds, clear skies, and unseasonably warm and humid conditions
will allow for fog formation. Although some positive vorticity
advection is noted just ahead of the boundary which may allow for
some "bouncing" of the visibilities and ceilings went ahead with
the the idea of IFR/LIFR for the KBPT/KLCH/KLFT/KARA terminals
    until roughly 22/14Z.
