    06Z TAFS: A moist frontal system will push slowly east of the
    Cascades late tonight. Condtions will degrade through Friday
    morning with light rain expected region wide and marginal VFR
    conditions to IFR conditions possible by mid to late Friday
    morning and continuing into the afternoon hours. Light easterly
    winds at the surface with increasing southerly winds aloft. This
    will result in some minor low level wind shear over the Spokane
    Area, Palouse and across the Columbia Basin after midnight tonight
    into early Friday morning. After 00Z Saturday there will be a west
    to east decrease in precipitation with the exit of the system.
