Cool, moist llvl northwesterly flow will maintain an MVFR
stratocu deck through tonight as high pressure starts to build
from the west. Slow improvement to low VFR is eventually
anticipated overnight as dry advection dissipates cloud cover,
with a low-VFR sct/few cu deck lingering into early Wednesday
    morning.

All ports should remain dry, with the exception of
MGW, as a shortwave treks across the Appalachians tonight. This
may support additional snow showers overnight, potentially
extending as far north as LBE. Though; low confidence in precip
impacts at LBE are low and have thus been excluded from that
    recent TAF package.
