    (06Z TAFS)
Issued at 1049 PM CST Mon Jan 17 2022

The TAF period is expected to be largely quiet with dry weather
scattered high clouds expected through much of the period. Dry
conditions at and near the surface will keep VFR vis through the
    night.

LLWS is likely to develop soon as a low level jet is starting to
strengthen. Winds at or around 1500 feet will be in the 35 to
40kt range for most sites through the night into tomorrow morning
before subsiding. Winds are also expected to be gusty for most
sites tomorrow afternoon. Once the sun sets, low level moisture
will stream in across NW AR ahead of an approaching cold front.
This will lead to SCT mid level clouds for our NW AR TAF sites.
