    Area of MVFR ceilings across the southern Black Hills/far
    southwest South Dakota will spread eastward through the morning as
    precipitation begins to develop. The best chance of rain will
    shift through south central South Dakota late this morning into
    this afternoon. MVFR/local IFR conditions expected with the
    heavier precipitation across south central South Dakota. The
    precipitation will end across south central South Dakota early
    this evening. A cold front will move into northeast Wyoming/far
    western South Dakota tonight, with MVFR/IFR stratus behind the
    front. Some rain/snow showers are also possible behind the front
    with local IFR visibility.
